After much searching I've been unable to locate any references to BUM filters for layer-3/inet interfaces. Are you able to direct me to these?

I've noted that Junos OS Release 16.1 brings in if-exceeding-pps (Policer) which would also help however we're on 14.x on most of our MX's.
