Thanks for providing the link, but this won't help me.

Maybe it can helps for the second phase, but not to protect the STM-1.

Here we need to protect the STM-1 if the primary router fails, the backup router as to assume the STM-1 connection, meaning the ADM has to switch traffic for the backup router.

Please see the attached picture, it gives a beter idea.

I can't find anywhere documentation to make this possible.
