I'm just trying to test access to a radius server directly from a MX104 router by doing the simple test below:
"test access radius-server 8.8.8.8 user test@test.net password test secret 12345"
* credentials obviously changed from actual settings.
According to Juniper you should then get some results as to if it fails, succeeds etc.
I however just have it go to the next blank line like now test has been done. I've checked the radius server and it doesn't see anything come in from that IP so it doesn't look like the device is actually doing the test.
Am I missing something?
The device does have a radius server set and if I type 'show network-access aaa radius-servers detail' it shows them as up but again nothing is leaving the box.
