Thanks Alex,

 

I assume that μBFD cannot be associated with a BGP session though?  - So I guess you're saying configure it at L2 on each member-link because it cannot be associated with the BGP routing protocol (unlike "normal" BFD can)?

 

Also is the E-OAM you mention the same as LFM? (LFM is what I have configured on my LAGs along with LACP-fast)

 

I think what I was trying to get at is that there's no point associating BFD with BGP if the BGP session is running across a mulit-link LAG ... is that a fair conclusion?
