Not have output when connect on Console port RE0?

Hi all,

i facing weird beahavour. Suddenly when i console to RE0 then not output display. But if i change to console on RE1 then have output. It's not have issue to access RE0 from RE1. I know it can be resolve if i reboot RE0 but i try not to reboot RE0 because it production unit.

Appreciate any feedback if someone has exprience facing this issue.
