Thanks for the clarifications. 

Finally, As you have replied that active flow monitoring can be configured on MS-MIC using Junos 14.2 with Version5 and Version8 but is it also supported on Junos Traffic Vision Version9 using same Junos 14.2 with MS-MIC? Thanks
