Configure TDMOIP

Hello Members,

I have to configure TDMOIP . But when we see the guide, I got that for L2Circuit(pseudowires), MPLS is mandatory. 

SO, How to create a pseudowires without MPLS for transfrer the TDM Traffic over IP.

Please advise.
