IPsec in our new juniper MX480 router (MS-MIC/MS-MPC cards)

Hi Guys,

I need to configure IPsec in our new juniper MX480 router.My doubt , is it possible to configure the same without MS-MIC/MS-MPC cards.If so please guide me to configure the same or share me any sample configuration.

Also please share me the features only available with MS-MIC/MS-MPC cards in MX-480 router.
