Scale of MPC 3D 16x10GE

I am seeing memory exhaustion messages for MPC 3D 16x 10GE, I am seeing messages like below:

1. How do I identify the maximum scale for the aforementioned card? Can you point to resource or any report on the same?
2. Is there any knob like “memory-enhanced” that was used to alleviate load from one pool to two memory pools in DPC’s?
