OSPF config with (2) EX4600s

I'm looking to replace a few Cisco devices with a pair of EX4600s.  These are NOT setup as a virtual chassis, just a primary/secondary config.  The 4600s are using VRRP to house the IRB's for a handful of VLANs.  The stacks of EX4300s are simply the access layer for the users/servers.  They are only doing layer 2.  Here is my question:

I'm dealing with 2 areas, (0 and 151), I will probably put the loopback interfaces from the 4600s into area 0.  The rest of the interfaces for transport and aggregation will go into area 151.  Should the configs be identical on both 4600s?  Basically, I'm wondering is there any type of preference I need to set so that the 4600 primary device is handling the routing.

I'm assuming they will have identical routing table and be neigbors with eachother?  I've never done this with 2 devices before.
