Well, if You are using pre-16.1 LDP then You have to allow /32s one way or another in the OSPF area. Period.
You can try LDP DOD with /32 static routes but this is not scalable.

In the near future it will be because 12.3 is EOL as of 31 July 2016 with exception of EX and QFX (12.3 EOL for these products is in 2017) .
