Hi Giulio,The clock seems to have initialized.So the two options left are;1. Reseat the card and see if that resolves the issue. Make sure there are no bent pins.2. RMA of the card.

Presumably you are setting the port to 10Mbs because that's the link speed the neighbor requires to operate. If the neighbor is working at 1Gbs then why are you even changing it?
